brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and renovation, both locally and internationally. With formal training in cabinetry, finish carpentry, and drywall installation, he takes a meticulous approach to every project, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Romain loves working with his hands and takes pride in seeing each project come together just the way the client envisioned. 

applies her background in IT, project management, and business analysis to keep the business running smoothly. She ensures every project is well-organized and stays on track, while making sure clients feel informed and confident throughout the process. Schinell’s passion for problem-solving means that no challenge is too big—she’s dedicated to making your renovation experience seamless and worry-free. 

Together, Romain and Schinell combine their strengths to lead Rennovus with a shared commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a married couple, they know the importance of balance, and that’s reflected in how they run the business—by ensuring every project is managed with care and attention. When they’re not working, you’ll likely find Romain behind the camera exploring his love for photography or reviewing the latest tech gadgets, while Schinell enjoys movie nights, baking, and writing fiction. They also love discovering new places and exploring beautiful lakes with their family.
